APACH 700 SERIES 6 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-117FE is an essential piece of cooking equipment for any catering establishment. This unit allows chefs to boil, fry, grill, and more.
The fast-heating hotplates with a safety device to prevent overheating, made in cast iron, are watertight fixed to the worktop. Each hotplate is equipped with a 6-positions thermostat and indicator light. Rounded corners and a recess trap liquids and prevent overflowing, ensuring easy cleaning.
The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The unit features a watertight pressed worktop and six square plates (2.6 kW each) with a size of 220x220 mm. The electric range is equipped with a static electric oven with adjustable feet. The oven dimensions are 560x660x310 mm, power - 5.3 kW. In addition, the range has a small closed cabinet (280x660x310 mm) with a swing door that can be used for storing pans and utensils.
