APACH 700 SERIES 4 BURNERS RANGE GAS APRGS-77P with a solid top is perfect for cooking a wide variety of dishes in pans of different shapes and sizes. This unit allows chefs to boil, fry, grill, and more.
The range features one cooking cast iron plate (10 mm thickness) with a removable central ring. The hotplate powered by a 9 kW burner, placed under the central ring. The temperature ranges from 500°С (in the centre) to 200°С (on the sides), this allows simultaneous cooking at different temperature levels.
The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The electric range comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet.
The gas power is 9 kW.
