APACH 900 SERIES BAIN-MARIE APBE-89P is used for keeping various ready meals hot before serving in canteens, cafes, restaurants, hotels.
The housing is made of 1 mm AISI 304 and AISI 430 stainless steel. The 70 L stainless steel AISI 304 tank has dimensions 630x690x160 mm. Electric heating armoured stainless steel elements are placed on the external bottom of the tank and controlled by a thermostat. The maintained temperature ranges from 30 to 90 °C. The unit has a drain tap that allows you to empty the water effortlessly.
The bain-marie comes on an open cabinet with adjustable feet.
