APACH 900 SERIES TILTING BRATT PAN APSE-89 is designed for braising and simmering meat, fish, vegetables and other products as well as for frying and boiling. A tank, a convenient flap cover with an ergonomic handle and a balancing system allow to use a tilting brazing pan in public catering establishments. Water is poured into the working vessel with a special tap. The pan tank is equipped with a screw mechanism: the sink can be lifted or tilted manually.
