APACH 900 SERIES TILTING BRATT PAN APSG-89 is designed for braising and simmering meat, fish, vegetables and other products as well as for frying and boiling. A sink, a convenient flap cover with an ergonomic handle and a balancing system allows to use a tilting brazing pan in public catering establishments. Water is poured into the working vessel with a special tap. The pan sink is equipped with a screw mechanism: the sink can be lifted or tilted manually.
The pan is connected to a gas line. Gas burners with a piezo ignition have a large number of taps, so the heat is evenly distributed at the bottom of the cooking bowl. Bowl volume: 80 l. Tilting bratt pan is equipped with height-adjustable legs as well as with nozzles: it can be reconfigured to the gas cylinder.
