SOUS VIDE COOKER HURAKAN HKN-SV15 is designed to cook dished according to Sous Vide technology. This innovative method consists in heat treatment of food, previously placed in a hermetically sealed package without air, at a constant temperature. Sous Vide technology allows you to preserve all the nutrients, vitamins, and taste of the dishes, as well as increase their shelf life.
Application: restaurants, food courts, bars. The equipment can be used at home.
The maximum time setting is 99 hours 59 minutes. The maximum immersion depth is 6.35 cm.
