APACH COMBI STEAM OVEN AP5QT is a piece of professional cooking equipment that combines the functionality of a convection oven and a steam cooker into one unit. It is suitable for roasting, grilling, steaming, baking, braising, blanching, and more.
The combi steam oven is equipped with an LCD Touch Screen control panel. The multilingual interface ensures a simple and coherent operation. You can save up to 80 recipes as well as use the 40 which already exist. Recipes can be loaded through a USB flash drive and modified based on one's own needs.
The model is equipped with a fan motor with extended service life and an automatic self-cleaning system.
